Dr. Balen Hamid Qadir is a faculty member in the college of medicine/ dental technology department at the Komar University of Science and Technology. He received a master’s degree in prosthodontics at the university of Sulaymaniyah in 2019. Dr. Balen is the instructor for various courses on undergraduate subjects in the department of dental technology and dentistry department.
